Waveguide Gain Horns are typically used for transmitting, receiving or sampling. We manufacture gain horns in a variety of waveguide sizes and configurations. We cover frequencies up to 40 GHz. However, we consider development up to WR5900 upon special request. Units are available in mid band gains of either 10 dBi or 15 dBi.
The high precision manufacturing assure you of accurate, repeatable gain reference. Gain Horns are built and manufactured per the NRL standards, Report #4333.

All Gain Horns are given a chromate conversion treatment in accordance with MIL-C-5541. Units are painted in our standard glyptal grey. Our waveguide products can be custom painted to meet your RF system requirements.
Mega Industries gain horns are provided with flanges and gaskets in accordance with EIA and Military Specifications. Associated waveguide to coax adapters are also available for these standard gain horn antennas.
