WR2100 E-Plane Miter Bend
Mega Industries produces Waveguide Miter Bends in sizes ranging from WR-28 to WR-2300. We cover a frequency range of 0.32 to 40 GHz. E-Plane and H-Plane bends are of minimum physical size. Units are also available for both high pressure and high vacuum applications.
Our miter bends provide superior electrical performance over a restricted bandwidth (typically VSWR 1.03:1 over a 5% bandwidth).
Standard material used is 6061-T6 Aluminum; however these can also be supplied in Copper and Brass.
Angles other than 90 degree waveguide bends are readily available. Alignment pins, grooved flanges and various aspect ratios can readily be fabricated to meet your feed system requirements. Please Contact Mega Sales if you do not see the design your high-power microwave application requires.

Mega Industries waveguide miter bends are typically manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. However, sizes WR090 through WR650 are available in either copper or aluminum alloys. Flanges and gaskets are provided in accordance with EIA and Military requirements.
