Quality Inspection. Mega Industries is dedicated to high quality through out the life cycle of our products. Our Quality System is currently registered to ISO 9001-2015 and to AS9100D.
We conduct intensive in-process inspections of our machining, welding, and brazed assemblies to assure a high quality product. We have a full compliment of standard measurement and testing equipment including a 48 inch portable CMM and micro-hite 9000.
All inspection gages, surface plates, and testing equipment are calibrated to NIST standards and tracked within our calibration log.
Innovmetric “PolyWorks” CMM software provide inspection measurements and documentation that are integrated directly with the CAD Model.
SolidWorks Inspection Modules provide First Piece Machining, In-Process Inspection records, and AS9102 First Article Inspection sheets that are also linked directly with the CAD model.
