In addition to our microwave and RF solutions, Mega Industries’ engineering and fabrication departments can provide designs and equipment for many advanced research and development applications. We consider the challenges of using our skills as an essential means to grow.

Mega Industries has 38000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space in our Gorham, Maine facility. This space allows us to do almost all of the machining, welding, brazing, assembly, testing, and finishing processes required to give our customers the high quality RF & Microwave components they have come to expect.

Mega is continually adding more new equipment and manufacturing capability, such as our 750 sq. ft. ISO class 5 clean room for processing our UHV products, and our recently acquired vacuum furnace. Please check out all of our specific capabilities.

Our waveguide is manufactured to precise tolerances calculated to provide optimum VSWR and maximum power handling capabilities. We provide waveguide components in sizes WR28 through WR2300 in both full and reduced height configurations (custom sizes up to WR6200 have also been produced). Many products are designed to meet your demanding requirements, and we welcome all challenges.
