Mega Industries produces a full line of flexible, rectangular waveguide straight sections. We cover a range of waveguide sizes and typically cover a frequency range of 0.32 GHz to 12.40 GHz. However, custom solutions are readily available.
The common line of material includes aluminum, copper, brass and phosphor bronze. We offer various flange styles to meet EIA and Military specifications.
In addition to flexguide rectangular straight sections, we offer flexible offsets, sweeps and twists. Each of these products offer ideal electrical performance and useful bend radius.

Mega Industries flanged and raw tube straights are typically manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy or copper. In accordance with EIA and Military Specifications, we provide flanges and gaskets.
We manufacture to precise tolerances calculated to provide optimum VSWR and maximum power handling capabilities.
Mega offers a complete line of components to complete or refurbish your systems. These include flexguide flanged straights and raw waveguide tube with various flange styles.
