Henry received his BSEE and MSEE degrees from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland.
He has over 30 years of experience in the RF engineering industry with the development of high power RF Custom components including: filters, switches, attenuators, phase shifters and combiners. Over the years, he has also conquered many challenges faced by the developers of HD Radio and scientific/military systems and continues to lead the way with new and innovative solutions. As Vice President of Engineering at Mega Industries Henry has innovated and overseen programs that have increased the quality and manufacturing efficiency of the company.

Frank joined the Mega Sales team in 2015 with the acquisition of Micro Communication Inc (MCi). With over 25 years of experience in electronics and RF technologies, Frank brings a broad range of business experience having held key positions in Operations, Engineering and Quality Assurance/High Reliability Testing management positions.
Prior to his work at MCi, Frank has held positions with Filtronic Comtek, Vishay Intertechnology and AVX Corporation. He is a worldwide sales professional with marketing expertise in Medical Components, Broadcast, High Energy Physics and Military Components.
Customer service, complete satisfaction and continued improvement are his primary focus. Frank received a BS from Castleton State College in Castleton, VT and Electrical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA

Robin Whitehouse is currently Vice President of Sales at Mega Industries. As such, she is responsible for the strategic management and development of Mega’s administrative and sales functions as well as management and coordination of specialized projects.
As Vice President of Sales, her portfolio of responsibilities encompasses a wide range of disciplines including sales planning, human resources, information technology coordination, management of information systems, payroll, property & facilities management and maintenance, general & front office management and hospitality coordination.
Dedicated Project Management is something that Mega Industries has initiated to better serve our customers. In this role Robin reviews contractual requirements and arranges schedules based on those requirements. These schedules are followed through by Robin, with on-going customer communication, and overall coordination within Mega to ensure the best possible outcome for all projects.
Robin has over fifteen (15) years of experience in the field of sales and administration. She has worked extensively in administration throughout her professional career in a variety of industries.

Derek received his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering in 2009 from the University of Maine- Orono. Since beginning his employment at Mega in December of 2009 he has designed many custom RF components for a variety of customers. He works closely with our manufacturing team, offering them support and designing/engineering new equipment to assure manufacturing of the product is done the most effective way.

Upon graduating from The University of Maine in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Mathematics, Nathan began his career at MEGA Industries LLC. While at Mega, he has worked closely with Peter Matthews and Henry Downs to gain the RF engineering skills necessary to take products from concept to completion. As part of the engineering team, Nathan works closely with customers in all markets to complete RF components for broadcast networks, particle accelerators, military radar systems, and high power scientific programs such as the ITER Nuclear Fusion Project. As Manager of the Clean Room Department, Nathan oversees the Ultra High Vacuum product line including any components that require vacuum brazing, ultrasonic cleaning or leak rate testing. To the Mega engineering team, Nathan brings his willingness to learn as well as his skillful knowledge of engineering.
